Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Yes, you can. There are two types of order cancellation:

Cancelling a paid order:

If you haven't received the shipping notification, you can cancel this order under "My Account". Or you can contact our Customer Service for assistance. Be aware that in most cases shipment occurs within 3-5 business days. Once an order has shipped, you cannot cancel the order.

Cancelling an unpaid order:

An unpaid order will be canceled automatically after 24 hours.

Or please log into your account. Then, 1) click on "My Account" and 2) click on the "Cancel Order" button. Your order will be cancelled.

Please note that we CANNOT cancel orders which have been shipped out. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to return for a refund. Please DO NOT refuse the delivery! When the delivery is refused Chloé Monét Couture will NOT be responsible for the undelivered package.

 

Q: Why does my PayPal order appear as pending? How can I cancel my PayPal pending order?

A: PayPal orders using an e-check method of payment will appear as pending. E-check payments are not directly linked to your PayPal account. PayPal must go to your bank to request the funds; therefore, it will take longer.

Contact your bank to verify this case or we can help to cancel your order only when the status turned to completed.

 

Q: What is the customer service number?

A: Chloé Monét Couture does not have a customer service number at this time. The best way to reach customer service is by emailing info@chloemonetcouture.com

 

Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?

A: When you place an order with Chloé Monét Couture we will have to process the order first. Processing usually takes 1-3 business days. You should receive a tracking number within 3 days of purchase. Shipping time will be 6-8 working days by standard shipping and 2-4 working days by express shipping. Your order can be tracked by using “Track My Order” at the bottom of the page.

When there is high-demand, and/or suboptimal shipping conditions, SHIPPING MAY TAKE ANYWHERE FROM 3-6 WEEKS. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details on how long it will take to get your package.

 

Q: Why I didn’t get an email about my order being shipped?

A: After placing your order, we may need 1-3 business days to prepare your order. This processing time is to make sure that your order is accurate. This processing time does not include shipping time. We will inform you with an email after shipment or if there is any delay. 

Please make sure you login the right email account and please check your mailbox spam folder as well. If you can't find an email 7 days after you’ve placed the order, please contact our Customer Service at info@chloemonetcouture.com.

 

Q: Can I change/modify my shipping address/sizes?

A: Yes. Before shipment, you can log into your account and modify the order on your own, or you can contact Customer Service at info@chloemonetcouture.com ASAP. You can change sizes, color of an item, remove an item, and change your shipping address. After shipment, you cannot make changes to the order.
