Chloé Monét Couture ships worldwide to nearly every country across the globe, we employ the services of major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives to your destination securely.

Shipment Time Notice:

We've put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. Customers can enjoy FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders. Upgrade for EXPRESS SHIPPING available as well. Orders totaling over $149.99 will receive FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING.

Orders typically ship the after 3-5 business days of processing time. Processing time is subject to increase during public holidays, and amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Formal Gowns have a longer processing time as each gown is made upon request. Promise time for Formal Gowns is 60 days. 

All packages have specific tracking information. Within a week of your order being fulfilled (shipped), you will receive notification of your tracking number. If you do not receive your tracking number within 7 business days, please contact us!

You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process.

Note: Shipping times may be affected during public holidays, and times of slow processing due to COVID-19, as manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations during these times. Though this is unfortunately out of our control, we will try our best to improve on this issue. Once the items are ready to be shipped, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that your parcel has been dispatched. The e-mail includes a link to for you to access tracking information for your package.
